is Founder and President of Atlas Commodities Holdings Group. He oversees a multi-million US dollar portfolio of energy service and real estate companies. He is responsible for leading a team of executives and staff across three operating companies each with several lines of business and two investment vehicles across six North American offices. Craig is also a co-founder and Board Chairperson of Atlas Scholars, a transformative education-based non-profit supported by leaders of the energy industry. He formerly worked in bank finance and M&A at White & Case, LLP. Craig holds a law degree from Fordham University and a dual Executive MBA from the London Business School and Columbia University. is o/s Chief Operating Officer for Atlas Commodities Holdings Group. Tejpal leads Atlas’ business development efforts, human capital management and is involved in the oversight of Atlas’ operating companies and investment vehicles. Tejpal has been key in leading several growth initiatives during his tenure at Atlas. Prior to assuming his role with Atlas in early 2012, he spent 6 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Vice President in Commodity Trading. Following his time at Goldman, he traded energy products for Mercuria, a Swiss Commodity Trading company. Tejpal is also a Co-founder and Board Member of Atlas Scholars, a transformative education-based non-profit supported by leaders of the energy industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from McMaster University in Toronto, Canada.​ is a Managing Director for Atlas Commodities. James started and developed Atlas’ crude oil and refined products business. He spent a decade in various roles at Citigroup and Knight Financial in New York in crude and refined products options trading as well as performing index volatility arbitrage. James joined Atlas in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University. is the Director of Physical Crude for Atlas Commodities. Jim has spent 35 years in various roles in the crude oil business working as a trader for Shell Oil Company, TransCanada, Musket, and as Vice President of trading at Merrill Lynch. He has spent the last few years brokering domestic crude oil at Tradition Financial Services and PVM. Jim joined Atlas in July 2017 and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management from the City University of New York. is Managing Director for Atlas Field Services (AFS). Kirk is responsible for overseeing all field operations across the various AFS service offerings including safety oversight, training and Operator Qualifications. Kirk has an impressive track record in developing and executing safety programs with some of the largest pipeline companies in North America and has been recognized with a Master Trainer designation by NCCER. Prior to joining Atlas, Kirk was a Director of Safety at a Texas based Pipeline Safety Company. He holds several safety certifications/ statuses such as OSHA 30, PEC Safeland, along with many others. Kirk is a registered Fire Fighter, spent several years in the United States Navy serving with distinction, and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin in Texas.​ serves as a Director in the Atlas Retail Energy Group. He is responsible for overseeing retail business operations: this includes the responsibility of supplier management, market intelligence, client services, RFP submissions, and accounting. Prior to joining Atlas, Michael spent five years with Tradition Energy where he held roles as northeast wholesale energy broker and senior retail energy pricing analyst. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College.​ is a seasoned energy broker and business developer currently responsible for leading Atlas’ ERCOT Electricity Desk. Prior to joining Atlas, Alex spent time as an energy broker for a boutique Houston based firm. Alex holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Houston. is the Operations Manager / HR Coordinator for Atlas Commodities. Aimee brings over 12 years of experience in numerous administrative roles. She has spent the last 7 years building startups from the ground up in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors. Aimee will be responsible for maintaining compliance, onboarding and insurance benefits, logistics, to overseeing day to day operations as well as building and implementing processes and procedures across Atlas’ companies. Aimee joined Atlas in July of 2017 and is ecstatic to be part of the team! Geoffrey Berg is a founding partner of Berg Plummer Johnson & Raval, LLP, a nationally-recognized boutique Houston law firm. He has been outside general counsel to Atlas since 2013, handling all aspects of the company’s regulatory, employment, and corporate matters, and is Atlas’ o/s Chief Compliance Officer.
