Joyce is now the owner of Atkins Paving LLC, with the help of her two sons who operate the business. TJ is the oldest son who worked with his father from the age of 13 learning his father’s business. Who now oversees all of the operations of Atkins Paving. He has been with Atkins Paving for 12 years. He is our lead Foreman on the job site. We are a family owned and operated business. Atkins Asphalt Paving has been serving the Carolinas for over 26 years. We strive for quality work and making our customers happy with quality performance of work completed. Our office is based out of Rock Hill SC, but we work in NC and SC. Tony Atkins, Sr. started the company in 1984 and devoted his time to making the business successful. He strived in quality work, customer satisfaction and was a man of integrity. He passed away in 2005 leaving a great legacy for his family. We enjoy working and building relationships with our customers, we strive to do the best and give our best!
