Maria graduated from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington with a Bachelors Degree Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. Her real estate expertise includes skilled negotiations, property analysis and maintaining credibility during complex transactions. Her passion for the real estate industry coupled with an extensive background in the corporate business world, with accounting and human resources management experience, along with having served 13 years in the active and reserve US Army, allows her to understand the needs and concerns of every client. Maria relocated to Tampa Bay Area in 1998 and began her real estate career serving the Greater Tampa Bay area in 2005.
