Astaras, Inc. founded in 2000 is the foremost leader in private branded MIG, TIG, Gouging and Tungsten Electrodes in North America.  Astaras is one of the largest suppliers of tungsten electrodes in the U.S. including the latest innovation in tungsten electrodes, E3 Astaras is part of the IBG Group, an international holding company with 18 production facilities worldwide. Utilizing these factories, we import OEM quality parts to our facility here in the United States to manufacture and supply top quality TIG Torches, MIG Guns, Gouging Torches and related consumables for our customers. We manufacture all our TIG and Gouging as well as many of our MIG power cables right here in the USA. The copper wire, welding cable and hoses that are incorporated in our power cables is purchased from choice USA suppliers. Our parent company the IBG Group from Cologne, Germany has been producing tungsten products for many years from their wholly owned manufacturing plant in Zibo, China. Recently the manufacturing facility was moved and expanded to a new state of the art plant in order to better serve our growing demands. tungsten-copper products are available in a broad range of formulas for applications in resistance welding, EDM, heat sinks, and electrical contacts.
