About Assurance HomeWatch LLC Owners John and Colleen Dickinson established Assurance HomeWatch after discovering the need for HomeWatch services in the Lakewood Ranch area. A military family since 1982 with over 66 years of combined service to our country and its citizens, we were looking to find additional ways to continue to serve our local community and providing Home Watch Services was a natural fit for us. John is a decorated Veteran and was a Base/Wing Commander; Command Pilot and Safety Officer with extensive experience in providing resource and personnel protection and security during his 34+ years of service. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. Colleen is a decorated Veteran and was a Chief of Staff at the State level, Squadron Commander and Logistics/Aircraft Maintenance Officer for over 32 years. Her relevant expertise includes resource protection along with significant experience in Homeland Security and Disaster Response. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is committed to serving our clients while protecting their privacy and confidentiality. We want to be your reliable advocate to help you have peace of mind and security while you are away. Our goal is to provide seasonal, secondary and vacant homeowners assistance. We look forward to serving our clients while they’re away, providing regular checkups, ensuring things are watched over. We also provide additional services that will make your lives easier. Assurance HomeWatch LLC is a fully-bonded and insured local company serving Lakewood Ranch in Manatee County, Florida. Assurance HomeWatch will be your eyes and ears, performing a multi-point visual inspection (exterior and interior) of your home.
