Charlie has 11 years’ experience working on AC systems, 7 of which he spent working for one of Central Florida’s leading Mechanical companies as an Apprentice and Journeyman. He completed a 5-year apprenticeship program in 2012, graduating at the top of his class. As a small business owner, he desires to make a strong impact on the community by delivering exceptional work with that “extra mile” customer service. Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and 3 children, and serving as a leader for the Grove Church’s Student Ministry. Lindsay grew up in Brevard County, and graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering. After spending a couple years working in the field, she became a full-time stay-at-home-mom. When Charlie started Assurance Aire in 2014, she assumed the many behind-the-scenes responsibilities of running a small business. Lindsay enjoys the many exciting challenges that come with the entrepreneur-life and raising 3 young children! Responding quickly is part of earning your business. Each home or business is different.
