He has 15 years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction. Jay’s extensive knowledge of all phases of construction, and remodeling are second to none. In 2006 he started remodeling properties for local investors. Once he saw the tremendous opportunities real estate investing creates, he started his career as an investor himself. He started investing in one of the most tricky real estate markets there is -short sales. From there he went on to wholesaling, and now is one of the top negative equity, and tax deed liquidation specialists in the nation. We are driven by a strong code of ethics, morals, professionalism, attention to detail, and profits for all in a win-win situation.
