Mr. Beck is President of BecKryger Capital Partners LLLP, a private equity firm focused on investments in a variety of industries and industrial development. Mr. Beck was formerly a founding partner in Florida Flavors Inc., a specialty manufacturer of flavors and fragrances. Dr. Kryger is Vice-President of BecKryger Capital Partners and President of Citrus Resources LLC and Beverage Resources LLC. A Ph.D. trained physicist, he also has extensive experience in natural-products chemistry and is a second-generation citrus flavor chemist. Previously, he held various management and R&D positions in the Flavor & Fragrance and Optics industries. Before arriving at Aspyre Properties in 2008, Josh worked 14 years as an architectural design draftsman with projects ranging from world class resorts, public schools, retail and industrial designs. In 2009 Josh earned a Florida real estate Sales Associate license and became a member of the National Association of Realtors. The follow year he joined the Institute of Real Estate Management as an associate member and in 2012 was designated by IREM as a Certified Property Manager. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities focus on the operations of the properties managed by Aspyre; Josh is able to evaluate and plan spaces for potential tenants in Aspyre’s property portfolio, and provide conceptual plans for sire development and potential build-to-suite clients. He managed the site development for Phase 3 of Interstate Commerce Park which included the construction of ICP 700 for the tenant Brew Hub.
