As Executive Vice President (Delivery) of Aspire Systems, Sunil is solely dedicated in managing the entire delivery process from Aspire’s Global Delivery Centers. With over 2 decades of varied experience in IT and Turnkey projects, Sunil has deep grounded knowledge and exceptional skills in Software Services and Products. His focus areas include Business Development and Acquisition, Business Unit Management, Program Management, Engagement and Delivery Management. Before making a difference to our Global delivery process at Aspire, Sunil was steering the project management and client engagement activities at HCL Technologies. Sunil was synergizing multiple client engagements across different domains for Fortune 500 companies at HCL technologies. He was instrumental in establishing a “New Initiatives Group”, focused on identifying new domains and emerging technologies to work on, at HCL and has lead numerous critical multi-site projects with large teams and multiple technologies. Sridhar has joined us from D&B TransUnion, where he was the Senior Vice-President Finance, contributing actively to Stakeholder Management. He brings with him a wealth of experience in analytical strategic planning, business acumen & reliability in financial reporting and ensuring diligence, governance and controls in operations. In his earlier role at Aviva Global Shared Services, UK he worked on a Business Finance role with a strategic focus on Financial Planning, Control and Efficiencies for their Captive ITES centers in India and Sri Lanka. He played a key role in the exit strategy of their BOT business model in India. Prior to that he was with Cognizant Technologies where he worked in increasingly responsible positions in Finance. Prathap V Achuthan currently serves as the Vice President - US Operations at Aspire Systems and has been associated with the company since the formative years. He has held several key positions in Sales & Marketing at Aspire and was recently Vice President of Sales - US. He brings with him 14 years of rich experience in General Management, Strategy, and International Sales & Marketing. Prathap has played a pivotal role in architecting a formal sales process and in establishing Aspire as a multifaceted global brand across geographies. He strongly believes in "Trust based selling" and through strong customer focus he has helped Aspire win number of long term relationships. In 2007, he set up a business unit in California that saw a growth in the region by over 50%.
