Tina Yeager, RN, our President and CEO/CNO, started her first office and healthcare staffing service in 1995. She has decades of experience recruiting the highest quality people to care for those in need. She has a passion for helping to empower her team and others to be their absolute best. Working as an RN in hospitals, nursing homes and home health care for nearly 30 years has provided Tina a first-hand understanding of how hard nurses work and the stress factors involved. Striving to provide them with top service and appreciation is a must. Working in the hospital as a charge nurse and part of a team that helped with JCAHO surveys gave Tina a first-hand understanding of the needs of healthcare facilities and internal challenges. As a mother of four and grandmother of three, Tina understands the need for loving care for children and the elderly. She and her team will go to great heights to provide the best possible quality and service to everyone they serve. Tina often uses her speaking and coaching experience to teach others about leadership, recruitment and freedom. She has been very involved in transforming her local community through several organizations in South Florida, such as 4Kids of South Florida, Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County and the American Heart Association. In recent years, she has been a passionate advocate for voiceless women and children trapped in modern-day slavery. She has climbed multiple mountains across the globe to raise funds and awareness for these issues.
