We specialize in poster board accessories, including poster markers, poster lettering, decorative items, and innovations to make Easier, Faster, Better, poster projects! It is our goal to be your source for everything you need to make a poster! We value the trust our customers put in us and continue to strive to bring new and innovative poster products and ideas to you. We know that the image below may be all too familiar to you... we are here to help! 1. THE SWEEPSTAKES. ArtSkills, Inc. (“ArtSkills”), will award a total of twelve (12) entrants (“Entrant” or “you”) with a check for $100 each (the “Prize”). The following Rules apply to Entrants’ participation in this Panelist Participation Drawing/Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Rules. 2. ELIGIBILITY. In order to be eligible, Entrants must comply with all of the Rules, herein. Entrants must: (i) be at least 18 years of age; and (ii) be a current resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (iii) have registered as an ArtSkills Panelist and/or referred another eligible person who becomes an ArtSkills Panelist. Eligibility for any specific drawing is limited to those Panelists who receive a survey invitation and timely respond to it in the applicable month as set forth below. 3. MONTHLY PRIZES. Prizes will be awarded as follows: a $100.00 Check (twelve (12) winners). During the sweepstakes, one (1) $100.00 Check will be awarded each month to one (1) winner drawn from all new Panelist Registrations, completed Panelist Referrals, and completed ArtSkills Panel surveys, received in that month. Total value of prizes to be awarded per year is $1,200. Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and may not be redeemed for merchandise. ArtSkills or Sponsor(s) reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The number of surveys that will take place between May 2017 and April 2018 will be determined by ArtSkills. The promotion officially ends on April 30, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. EST. The Sweepstakes will be void and/or Entrants rendered ineligible where legally prohibited. ArtSkills, in its sole discretion, shall determine the eligibility of Entrants. Employees, owners, officers, and directors of ArtSkills, its marketing agents (and their subsidiaries and affiliates), and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. (i) Register as an ArtSkills Panelist and/or refer another eligible person who becomes an ArtSkills Panelist; and 5. SELECTION / NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. ArtSkills will randomly select a total of twelve (12) winners (one (1) per month) (each, a “Winner”) among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period and such Winner will be announced the beginning of the following month. All decisions by ArtSkills are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received. Odds of winning are not increased if you complete the Survey. ArtSkills reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value. A Winner will be notified by e-mail. The Winner may be required to sign and return within 5 days of notification an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. If a potential Winner of the Prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide any requested information within the specified time period, or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner shall forfeit the Prize and ArtSkills will award the Prize to an alternate Winner, selected in accordance with these Rules. Use of a false name or address will disqualify an Entrant. ArtSkills reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity. 7. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES. By submitting your Entry into the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all rights, power, authority and necessary consents or permission to enter the Sweepstakes, (ii) you are the Authorized Holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes, and (iii) you are in compliance with these Rules. 8. RELEASE. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AND EACH OF YOUR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS RELEASES AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS ARTSKILLS AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSPECTORS AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) SUBMITTING AN ENTRY; OR (II) OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. ARTSKILLS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. ARTSKILLS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATES TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR BEING SELECTED. ArtSkills is not responsible for ineligible, incomplete, mutilated, lost, late or postage due entries. ArtSkills is also not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including without limitation any website, any internet connection problems, technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s computer or electronic device or any other person's computer or electronic device, all of which may affect the Entrant’s ability to participate. ArtSkills reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant and to seek any remedy at law or equity in the event you, in ArtSkills’ reasonable opinion: tamper with any website, the entry process, violate the Rules herein or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
