Domestic orders shipped via UPS or USPS have a delivery time of 2-7 business days. There is NO OPTION for us(Art Season) to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped. Art Season will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from ArtSeason.com based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. If requested more than 30 days after the original purchase Art Season will not accept the return or exchange. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value. All returns will be credited  to the original form of payment.
