Since the mid 1980s, Alan’s been involved in business development and marketing strategies with a number of multinational corporations. Recognizing the need for education in the US investment and vacation home industries, he maintains strong relationships with local and state authorities to ensure clients benefit from the latest information and thoughtfully personalized service. A native Floridian, Steve’s been in public accounting since 2004. He has considerable experience working with individuals, corporations, and small businesses, as well as nonresident aliens and foreign corporations investing in US property and businesses. Prior to this, he worked in management for more than 12 years at several large corporations. Susan’s been in accounting since 1990, originally working in the UK in the commercial sector of computer and associated products for large corporations. Since moving to Florida in 1999, she’s been involved in directing and developing tax and compliance services for nonresident owners of US investment and rental properties at the local, state, and federal levels. She also provides information and education to title companies, management companies, and real estate groups. Matt’s been in public accounting since 1997, after graduating magna cum laude from Warner University with a fifth year of accounting from Florida Southern College. He received his qualification as a Certified Public Accountant in March 2002. Over the years, Matt has worked extensively in domestic and international tax planning for US businesses and for foreign investors in US real estate. Company
