Aristotle Advisors, LLC Aristotle Advisors, LLC was formed to expand the services offered to Nici Law Firm clients and to prospectively protect them from abuses within the financial services marketplace by becoming a part of a national movement of professional advisors with a mission to fundamentally change the way financial services are rendered. Yet, until now, law firms have had no effective way to from abuses within the financial services marketplace, and have been largely limited to bringing arbitrations and civil actions to recover money, only after abuses have been suffered and losses incurred. This strange incongruity can now be remedied, and law firms can now (with Consulting Services Support Corporation's support) offer their clients a unique, new service alternative and the prospective protection that our clients both need and want. Nici Law Firm evaluated many financial services models and CSSC's philosophy and unique, advisory services-based methodologies were from anything found in the traditional financial services industry, and enable Nici Law Firm to offer its clients a true alternative to the often predatory, product sales-driven environment of the traditional financial services marketplace. But, of perhaps more pressing concern, continuing scandals within the traditional financial services industry are causing clients to become increasingly fearful of having their lack of product and investment knowledge exploited, and they are now increasingly feeling in need of alternative advice in which they can trust - an alternative that Nici Law Firm has chosen (with CSSC's support) to provide. if asked, my clients themselves will typically state that they do not wish to be referred to some product salesperson but would much rather have me simply "handle it" for them. We asked this question: If Nici Law Firm offers these extended, ancillary services, will clients use them? If through that advisor (me) the client could obtain access to virtually all available insurance and investment products; and If the client could have those products comparatively evaluated in a manner specific to their individual needs (and they could see the objectivity of the analysis on its face), thus empowering the client to make fully informed product selection decisions for themselves; Why would the client ever deal with a product salesperson again? We believe the answer is obvious - they wouldn't.
