As CEO of Aristocrat, Trevor brings extensive experience to the position having worked across Aristocrat’s Class III, Class II and Digital businesses in a variety of roles over the past 8 years. He most recently held the position of EVP, Global Products and Insights where he was responsible for the company’s total product portfolio and product strategy including the management of creative studios and game development globally. Previously, he was responsible for the strategy and performance of Aristocrat’s Digital business as the Chief Digital Officer and from 2009 – 2015 held the role of Managing Director for the ANZ business, during which time he also lead the EMEA and the Asia-Pacific regions for a period of time. Trevor has a passion for surf lifesaving and has been a volunteer, competitor and administrator over the past 2 decades. Stephen Morro has over 25 years’ experience in the gaming industry, with former roles as Chief Operating Officer of International Gaming Technology (IGT) and President of IGT’s Gaming Division. In these roles, he was responsible for IGT’s global casino operations, including the development and execution of product, technology, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Stephen has held various management positions at IGT and has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory, legislative and legal strategies. He is one of the very few people in the gaming industry with experience as a supplier, operator and regulator. Kathleen Conlon has held the position of Non-Executive Director since 2014 and is currently a Director of REA Group Limited, Lynas Group Limited and The Benevolent Society. She is President of the NSW Council, a former Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of Chief Executive Women. Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting and is a recognised thought leader in the areas of business strategy, operations and change management. She was formerly a Director and Partner of the Boston Consulting Group and was awarded a Commonwealth Centenary Medal for Services to Business Leadership in 2003 Arlene Tansey has been a Non-Executive Director of Aristocrat since 2016. Arlene has over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive in business, corporate and investment banking and financial services gained in Australia and the United States and extensive experience as a company director. Arlene is currently a non-executive director of Adelaide Brighton Limited, Lend Lease Investment Management and Primary Health Care. She is a Member of Chief Executive Women and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mrs Summers Couder has joined Aristocrat as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mrs Summers Couder has over 35 years’ experience as a senior executive in the high tech industry, being a former Chief Executive Officer of Trident Microsystems Inc. and having held a variety of senior management positions in research and development, operations and marketing, managing large global teams. Mrs Summers Coulder has worked in the U.S., Asia and Europe and currently resides in the U.S. Sylvia has extensive experience as a company director having been an independent director of seven publicly traded U.S. companies and a non-executive director of Alcatel-Lucent SA, and is currently a non-executive director of Semtech Corporation and Headwaters Inc. Pat Ramsey joined Aristocrat in 2016 as the Chief Digital Officer, overseeing all aspects of our online business and is now a Non Executive Director. Pat has spent over 14 years in the gaming industry, having worked in both land-based casino operations and in casino gaming technology. Prior to Aristocrat, he was most recently the CEO of Multimedia Games, and prior to joining Multimedia, served in a variety of roles for Caesars Entertainment in various jurisdictions around the United States. Pat graduated cum laude from Harvard with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr Chatfield is an established and experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience across a range of companies and industries. He has over 40 years’ experience in global business. Mr Chatfield is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Seek Ltd, Costa Group Holdings Limited and is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Transurban Group. He was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Virgin Australia and a Non-Executive Director of Recall Holdings Ltd from September 2013 until its takeover by Iron Mountain Inc. Mr Chatfield was a Non-Executive Director of Iron Mountain Inc (a NYSE listed company) until September 2017, and from 1997 to 2008 he served as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Toll Holdings Ltd.
