About Arf Nouveau Diana Black is the owner of Arf Nouveau, LLC. She is a Healing Touch for Animals® Practitioner, animal communicator, and professional groomer. Arf Nouveau's Mission: Our mission is to provide a healthy and positive grooming experience for your pet in a professional, clean and stress free environment, where owners will feel confident leaving their pets for care. All pets will be treated with kindness and consideration as well as with a professional and humane approach. Our focus on continued education in the pet styling industry helps maintain our high standards of safety and style so we can continue to deliver consistent high quality care and grooming. It is our goal to assure owners that their pets will be treated with the same love, understanding and respect as we treat our own pets.
