Dr. Art Johnson is the CEO of Arete Guild. His experience includes being a full-time Professor of Leadership & Organizational Development (OD) at various schools for the last 25 years, working with multiple organizations annually in the areas of performance improvement, leadership development, organizational change, strategic planning, teambuilding, needs assessment, employee engagement, MBTI, and coaching.
