Arden Photonics Ltd was founded in 2001 with the aim of developing, manufacturing and selling innovative products for the photonics industry throughout the world. We also provide technical consultancy in the areas of optical fiber and laser metrology. The company’s headquarters are in the West Midlands of England. The name Arden derives from the Forest of Arden, an ancient oak forest which once covered a large area of central England including Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, the world-famous playwright. David Robinson, founder and Managing Director of Arden Photonics Ltd, has 20 years experience in the photonics industry. He has worked extensively in the design and marketing of equipment for optical fiber and laser makers and component manufacturers throughout the world. His experience also covers Test & Measurement of photonics components in both technical and commercial capacities. Arden Photonics Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of test equipment and components for the Photonics industry. We supply customers all over the world with our sophisticated products. They rely on our products to ensure the quality of their output so we require the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. We work closely with experts from National Metrology Institutes and Universities to help us to achieve that. We also pride ourselves on the high level of technical support we give to our customers. To help grow the company we are looking to recruit the following with immediate effect. In this role you will enable Arden to meet its sales targets by working with new and existing customers to generate profitable business. Our customers are industrial companies throughout the world but initially you will focus on winning business from customers in Europe. Day to day, this will involve understanding their technical requirements, proposing solutions, and then convincing them that your proposed solution is suitable for them.
