Best Company. Watford sources and oversees its underwriting services and investment management to external providers through long term service contracts. Arch Underwriters Ltd., a Bermuda-based wholly-owned subsidiary of Arch, sources and manages a diversified multi-line reinsurance risk portfolio for Watford Re. Investment management is provided by HPS Investment Partners, LLC.
