We provide our investors with the following services: In the late 1950’s Century Rock Products entitled this 81.3 Acre site in Arcadia to mine over 10M cubic yards of rock and sand. Over the next 40 years, these raw materials were exported from the site via truck for concrete and other rock products. In the late 1990’s, John Edwards became involved in the project to fix the slopes of the large open pit and in the mid-2000’s he purchased the site with the intent to reclaim the land to its former condition. Over the past 10 years, millions of dollars have been invested into the site to properly place several million cubic yards of fill. This reclamation process will conclude sometime in 2016. Arcadia Logistics Center is a proposed 1.7M Square Feet light industrial park that can house light industrial related businesses such as dry manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce and distribution businesses. It is located on 81.3 acres of land at Lower Azusa Road and the 605 Freeway, which was previously zoned as HEAVY INDUSTRIAL, but is now zoned for Commercial-Manufacturing.
