Mr. Miller has thirty years of experience in developing healthcare service companies. Mr. Miller is a partner in Imaging Solutions Healthcare, LLC and is responsible for business development for the Eastern US. Mr. Miller is also the Chairman of Advanced Sleep Management, LLC a company that manages multi specialty sleep clinics in five US states. Prior to these companies Mr. Miller founded Dormir, Inc. a company he grew into the second largest sleep center company in the US. Early in his career Mr. Miller developed companies in the mobile medical and pacemaker segments of healthcare. Mr. Miller graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. Stephen R. Puckett, Sr. and Stephen R. Puckett, Jr. conceived Arbitrage Medical as a result of building large healthcare businesses in both the United States and abroad. With over 46 years of combined experience in the healthcare sector both in the hospital and medical devise sectors, have led them to the point of founding a healthcare company that leverages the emerging field of Adult Stem Cell therapies to treat significant life threatening diseases that have no good treatment answers today. In building SonaCare Medical LLC, formally USHIFU, from inception in 2004 until 2012 Steve, Jr. moved this innovative therapeutic ultrasound company from inception to a point where the technology was approved or cleared for use in over 33 countries having treated over 5,000 patients. In building the company, the National Institutes of Health funded numerous research studies and utilized the company’s technology in a number of research initiatives. After SonaCare Medical brought in a senior management team to commercialize the technology in the US and after a nine year FDA clinical trial, Steve, Jr. analyzed over 300 medical technologies looking for the next venture in medicine. Steve, Sr. founded MedCath in 1988, a US based company that focused on cardiovascular disease and by 1999 had built it into an $800 million per year company. Steve, Sr. has a depth of relationships in cardiovascular medicine throughout the US. When Steve, Jr. identified the Adult Stem Cell space as the area of interest for the new healthcare company, Steve, Sr. agreed that COPD and Heart Disease should be the focus of the company since there is currently no curative therapy for either disease but the early clinical data utilizing autologous adipose derived mesenchymal adult stem cells was compelling in both clinical segments. The pace of approvals for new and novel medical therapies, devises and drugs in the US compared to Europe and other developed countries are lagging by up to 10 years. In many cases this delay serves to block US patient access to novel therapies that can substantially improve the patient’s health care status. The regulatory and clinical service experience the Pucketts acquired from founding and growing both US and non US healthcare companies is being leveraged in Arbitrage Medical to solve this problem. This will allow US patients to access treatments that have already received approvals in other countries so that US patients can access these therapies today. As a core operating philosophy, in every clinical therapy no matter the location of patient treatment, the US physician will be involved throughout the clinical care experience either directly or through telemedicine linkages to ensure a seamless continuum of care for the patient. The first physician Steve, Sr. wanted to have involved was Bruce Murphy, M.D., Phd.. Dr. Murphy is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Murphy agreed to help cofound Arbitrage Medical and serve as the Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board for the company. Dr. Murphy is the controlling shareholder of the Arkansas Heart Hospital, is the President of Little Rock Cardiology Clinic and is Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences. Dr. Murphy has deep international healthcare experience having personally visited over 200 international hospitals and five years ago founded Heart Hospital Partners of Japan, a company that operates specialty cardiovascular inpatient facilities in Japan. Dr. Murphy and Steve, Sr. have a working relationship that began in 1994. Arbitrage Medical’s goal is to improve adult stem cell therapies though bringing innovative tissue targeting technologies that will potentially allow significant improvement in cellular uptake of stem cells to the effected tissue. This core team will be leveraging their diverse experience base to bring these leading edge treatments to US patients now and allow these patients access to the worldwide market. Our goal is to deliver cost effective regenerative medicine solutions for diseases that currently have no curative option. We will work cooperatively with US patients, their US physicians and when appropriate international physicians vetted by Arbitrage Medical that deliver discreet therapies in centers controlled by Arbitrage Medical with the US physicians participating in the episodes of international care through telemedicine connections. Arbitrage Medical will offer specific stem cell therapies in the US that are allowed based on the current US regulations and in countries surrounding the US for therapies that from a regulatory perspective can be offered in countries that look to the European Union regulatory approvals versus the FDA in the US. This operating philosophy will offer the US patient and their treating physician options to select the best available regenerative medicine solution regardless of the status of the approvals in the US.
