Jeff Wood has over 25 years of telecom experience, leading the industry through significant change and opportunity. While at Frontier Communications & Global Crossing, Jeff focused on enterprise businesses with telecom spending budgets over $3M annually. Jeff was highly successful in building a loyal portfolio of clients across the country and many of his clients then are still his clients today. Some have described Jeff as a visionary for leading a “one of a kind” symposium of cable companies that led to some of the first NNIs (Network to Network Interface) between multiple cable companies across the country. While at Northern Lights Telecom, Jeff introduced the market to fiber based Ethernet WAN services with a special focus on designing and installing one of a kind redundant networks for carriers and enterprise businesses. As CEO/President at APX Net, Jeff has demonstrated his leadership and extensive knowledge of the industry by building one of the fastest growing service providers in the industry. Under Jeff’s direction, APX Net was an early partner with the cable companies and LECs, combining the benefits of their networks while removing the challenges that go along with them. Lou Ebert has an impressive history of working in leading edge, diverse, enterprise and startup telecom businesses. Lou has over 30 years of telecom experience and was the first sales executive hired at Buffalo Telephone Company (later Cellular One and now ATT Wireless). He has held numerous executive positions across his career: GSM of Cellular One Buffalo, GM of Cellular One/Dicomm, GM of Adelphia Business Solutions/Hyperion, VP GM of Adelphia Wireless and Sr. Director of Carrier/Agent for Time Warner Cable. While serving as GM in the CLEC industry with Adelphia Communications he operated a 350 mile Network and took the company revenue to over $22 Million annually. This is just one of the many success stories during Lou’s extensive career. His tenure within this industry has yielded strategic relationships with top decision makers across the largest and most influential telecommunications companies in the country. Lou is a lifelong resident of Western New York graduating from the University of Buffalo. We are proud to share that Lou is a Vietnam Veteran and was awarded a Purple Heart and the Army Commendation Medal with an Oak Leaf Cluster.
