BBN’s mission is to teach healthcare institutions and other corporations effective and compassionate communication using proven experiential-based learning
Our vision is to be the number one advocate and training provider of programs that enhance overall patient (consumer) experience through compassionate communication. We strive to bring education on compassionate communication to a broad range of audiences, offering teachable moments of patient-centric compassion to novice practitioners and seasoned professionals alike.

Dr. Orsini’s interest in compassionate communication began early in his medical training where he was drawn to the specialty of neonatology that required him first to become a pediatrician. He saw the opportunity to help people through more life and death crises presented by specializing in neonatology. He received his D.O. in Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Hofstra University with a concentration in marketing.
