Anhinga Aviation Services Anhinga Aviation Services, LLC will serve as a point of contact between the Operator and their local Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) in obtaining approval to conduct flight operations in the Special Areas of Operation (SAOs) required for your flight department. Anhinga Aviation Services, LLC will work with the Operator in gathering and assembling the required documentation, filling out the applications, and submitting complete data packages necessary to be granted a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the FAA for that specific Area of Operation. We will serve as a liaison with the FAA on each data package submitted until the LOA has been approved.
