Randall Lack is a successful entrepreneur within the environmental commodity and alternative energy industries for almost two decades. In 2005, he co-founded Element and currently serves as a Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Lack's extensive experience in structuring environmental commodity transactions including biogas, emissions, renewable energy credits, and greenhouse gases has eclipsed $1 Billion in total transactions completed, which has led him to be recognized as one of the top executives in the environmental markets. Randall is an acclaimed speaker and media resource in the areas of Biomethane, Renewable Energy Credits, Greenhouse Gas Trading, Regional Emission Markets, and pending emissions legislation and was a founding Board Member of the Renewable Natural Gas Coalition. In 2013, Randall was awarded the recognition of 40 under 40 by the Houston Business Journal recognizing him as one of the most influential young people in business in Houston. He received his BBA in Business from the University of Houston.
Keri Bevel joined Element in 2009 and was promoted to serve as a Senior Vice President and the Company's General Counsel in 2011. Ms. Bevel has extensive experience negotiating and drafting biogas and environmental commodity agreements (totaling over $500 million of notional value to date) as well as acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions. In 2015, she was recognized as one of the best in-house counsel in Houston by being named a finalist for the Houston Business Journal’s Best Corporate Counsel Awards. Prior to joining Element, Keri served as an Assistant General Counsel for The Structure Group and also as Vice President and Counsel for Lehman Brothers Private Equity. Keri also worked in private practice at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP, where she specialized in corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Keri holds a BSBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Auburn University and received her Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law.

Tom Moffet joined Element Markets in 2017 to anchor the company’s Carlsbad, CA office, where he leads the West Coast origination supporting Element Markets’ efforts in the Renewable Natural Gas, Renewable Fuels Standard Credits (RINs), Low Carbon Fuel Standard Credits, renewable energy trading, carbon credits, and emissions credits. Tom is an experienced leader in the biomethane and environmental commodities marketplace. Prior to joining Element Markets Tom led the origination efforts in renewable natural gasfor Shell Energy North America, including the company’s entrance into the cellulosic biomethane market. Under Tom’s direction Shell Energy North America began participating in the trading and optimization of environmental credits in the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCSF) and the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RINs) markets. Tom also managed Carbon Instruments and associated strategies for Shell affiliates and external customers. Tom graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Management Science, and completed business courses at the London School of Economics.
