We are a family owned and operated business that started - very humbly -  in 1986 with a few push mowers and ten properties along the lakes. The eldest son, Todd Anderson, envisioned growing the company to a full time, year-round business. We implemented a comprehensive advertising campaign directed by Bobbi Anderson (the mother); and Steve Anderson (the father) motivated and encouraged the rest of the family to help make this goal a reality. Soon, the company grew from simply mowing yards, to a multi-service company: doing Chemical applications, Landscape design and installation, Irrigation installation and service, Hardscape design and installation and snow plowing. Not to mention the greenhouse and florist they have grown and operated since 2011. We've evolved tremendously since our "mowing" days. We are now   premiere full-service property management company in Kosciusko County and surrounding area. It is our privilege to provide service for so many distinctive properties and corporate campuses. None of it would be possible without  In 1996, Todd Anderson bought the business from his mother and father, but they are still very much a part of the company. Bobbi is still involved in the design process for the landscape and Steve is available for fertilization consultation.
