Before co-founding AnalytixIQ, Hector held executives sales positions with RCA Computer Systems, Sperry Univac, ITT Courier Terminal Systems, Memorex Telex Corporation, NetFrame Systems, Wyse Technology, Intel Corporation, and Verizon Terremark. He further held district and regional sales management positions with ITT Courier Terminal Systems (in Atlanta and Phoenix) and Memorex Telex Corporation (in Miami). In each role, he developed sales tracking, performance management, and forecasting methodologies and models to achieve results that greatly exceeded assigned budgets. In the process, he earned distinctions as winner of multiple sales achievement clubs, Southern District Sales Manager of the Year, and Western Region Sales Director of the Year.
Hector holds a A.B. degree in Mathematics from the University of Miami with a minor in philosophy. Hector completed coursework in Florida International University’s MBA program with a concentration in finance. Additionally, his training has included the Dale Carnegie Sales Course, Target Account Selling, Sandler Sales Institute Training, ITT Middle Management Course, Process Communication Course, Amembal & Isom Lease Education & Consulting Courses, and continuous corporate training.
