He is an alternating member of the board of the Association of American Railroads (AAR) and a member of the board of trustees of the University of Denver. University of Denver (BA); University of Minnesota (JD) Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Anacostia Rail Holdings Company Bruce A. Lieberman is the Chief Financial Officer of Anacostia Rail Holdings Company. He specializes in railroad finance and risk management. Mr. Lieberman is also non-executive chairman of the New York & Atlantic Railway. He is a past president of the Railroads of New York and past chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA). Hamilton College (BS); Columbia University (MBA) Mr. James Bonner was promoted to President of New York & Atlantic Railway in November 2016 from his previous role, NYA vice president. He has 20 years’ experience in the rail industry. He joined ARH as director of sales and marketing in January 2013. Previously, he had been general manager for Connecticut Southern Railroad in Hartford, Connecticut, a Genesee & Wyoming property. Prior to that assignment, he was assistant general manager of Otter Tail Valley Railroad, Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Mr. Bonner previously held various posts with RailAmerica, California Northern Railroad and KYLE Railroad. Northwest Kansas Technical College, Business/Computer Science. Otis Cliatt was promoted to President of Pacific Harbor Line in October 2012 after joining the Company as vice president in July 2010. He has over 20 years of experience in the railroad industry specializing in railroad operations, safety and labor relations. Mr. Cliatt began his railroad career with the Union Pacific Railroad. His career also includes director and regional vice president with CANAC, Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors of the ASLRRA and CSLRA, and on GE Transportation's Customer Advisory Board. He has also served as the chairman of the ASLRRA Veterans Recruitment Committee. Mr. Cliatt is a military veteran having served with the U.S. Army's elite Special Forces Command (SFCOM) and with the Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Florida A&M University (BS); UCLA Executive Program Managing Director, Anacostia Rail Holdings Company Andrew Fox joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in 1997 as the president of Pacific Harbor Line, Inc. In August 2010, Mr. Fox moved to the Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad where he served as President until March 2016, and then CEO until July 2016. Mr. Fox has also held a variety of posts at the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, including assistant to the vice president of operations. Mr. Fox is a past president of the California Railroad Association and past director of the ASLRRA. Northwestern University (BS); (MBA) John Goldman was promoted to President of the Louisville & Indiana Railroad in July 2015 after joining the Company as vice president in November 2012. He has more than 20 years of railroad experience, beginning his career in 1995 with Norfolk Southern in Louisville, Kentucky. He joined the Canadian National Railway in 2004, where he served as superintendent of the Iowa and Valley Zones, senior manager of CN’s Regional Operations Center, and assistant to the Southern Region Senior VP. He is a member of Safety and Operations Management Committee of the AAR. Indiana University (BA). Controller, Anacostia Rail Holdings Company George Griggs joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in September 2007 as a Senior Accountant. He was promoted to Director of Accounting in 2009 and to his current position in 2017. Prior to joining Anacostia, Mr. Griggs held various positions in retail banking management, accounting and accounting management, bringing over fourteen years of accounting experience. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. University of Illinois (BA); Governors State University (BS) Human Resources Director, Anacostia Rail Holdings Company David Hankins joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in November 2015. He also serves on the ASLRRA Human Resources Committee. Mr. Hankins has over nine years of experience in the railroad industry, beginning as the assistant terminal manager with U.S. Road & Rail of St. Louis. He later worked for Progress Rail Services as the human resources manager for multiple facilities, and the quality assurance manager and plant manager of a railcar wheel shop. He has over 14 years in human resources management in the railroad, construction and trucking industries.
