Michael has overall profit-and-loss responsibilities for the company’s business operations and providing the strategic leadership for long-term growth. Michael has extensive health care experience in both sales and leadership positions. Most recently, he was CEO of HM Insurance Group, CEO of United Concordia, and president of Health Markets at Highmark. John has executive oversight of operations and business development at AmeriHealth Administrators. Previously, he held leadership positions in marketing, ecommerce, operations, and transformation at Independence Blue Cross. This diverse background gives John expertise in process design, benefits, enrollment, marketing, and health care reform as well as in system development, project management, and systems integration. Senior Vice President, Provider Contracting and Network Operations Ken oversees Provider Relations, Provider Partnerships, Provider Contracting and Reimbursement at AmeriHealth Administrators. Prior to joining us, Ken served as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, playing a critical leadership role during the historic implementation of the Affordable Care Act. As Commissioner, he also oversaw New Jersey’s banking, insurance and real estate industries and held several leadership roles with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Mr. Foley is responsible for growth and retention. Dennis drives the company’s sales culture by assembling an innovative, customer-smart product suite that answers demands in the marketplace. Dennis also forges close synergistic relationships with like-minded companies to facilitate growth in new market segments. Dr. Reetika Kumar is responsible for care management along with utilization management programs at AmeriHealth Administrators. She also strategizes relationships with clients and vendors to establish innovative solutions for their populations – while facilitating engagement and collaborative interaction with physician peers and hospital management to improve patient access and the management of complex care.
