And is the owner of Commercial and Residential Services inc., General Contractor in the State of Florida, and is the owner of Cono Active wear Clothing Company. This management team that has of over 50 years’ experience in business management, sales, marketing, planning, distribution, shipping, receiving, and packaging. The rest of the team will be hand selected to help the brewery prosper, a master brewer and sales, marketing, and production staff with the skills to run a top-flight production brewery. Americana Brewery will be flexible and responsive, to delight customers by providing them with what they want, when they want it, and before the competition. From product concept to goods dispatch, the Company intends to ensure that every policy and procedure, system and process must have the objective of improving the flexibility and response of the whole company. Interaction between all functional areas, particularly between marketing and manufacturing, if the organization is to realize its full potential, with manufacturing being employed as a strategic weapon.
