Unlike most extruders, AVC manufactures its own plastic compounds in-house using our expert engineering department's combined 80+ years of experience in compounding polymers. This core competency provides two key benefits to the customer: AVC is able to maintain complete control over the physical makeup and performance of the product AND keep costs lower than the competition. Material too hard/soft? No problem - we can change it on the fly. Indeed, many of our customers ask us to change the durometer of their product depending on the season.
