She earned a MA, MBA, and a Certificate of Achievement from the Institute for Business Strategy Development: Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern Univ., Chicago, IL. Ms. Amy Kozsuch holds Masters degrees in the areas of Nursing Science,Business Administration & Healthcare Management. The daughter of a surgeon and surgical nurse, Amy has followed her parents example and dedicated her career to making a difference for patients. After giving twenty-five years of service in a wide range of clinical and leadership roles in the renal industry, she turned her attention to consulting with companies undergoing change brought on by healthcare reform and new technology. Dr. Raza Hashmi graduated from King Edward Medical College, Lahore Pakistan and completed his internal medicine residency training from Weiss Memorial Hospital Chicago, IL where he received Best Resident of the Year award. This was followed by additional fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine at University of Illinois at Chicago and rheumatology fellowship training at University of Louisville, KY . He is currently practicing in Memphis Tennessee and serves as Director of Rheumatology service of American TelePhysicians Partners. Khaku MD earned his medical degree from University of Rochester School of Medicine with Distinction in Research Dr. Khaku did his residency in Internal Medicine followed by Neurology Residency at University of Florida / Shands Hospital, Florida. He went on doing Fellowship in Sleep Medicine from University of South Florida / Tampa General Hospital. He is currently practicing in Florida.
