Megan oversees American Reading Company's professional development for teachers and district leadership and contributes to program design, tools, and materials. She also keeps the entire company informed and knowledgeable about cutting-edge academic research and educational policies at the federal and state levels. Nate oversees all information technology initiatives for the company. This includes the system design and school interface for , the Web-based student progress tracker, as well as proprietary business systems to enhance MAS 500 and SalesLogix. Since 1997, Nate has been developing desktop applications using BASIC and web-based applications using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. He previously worked for Akron Public Schools where he supported an electronic portfolio management system and developed a Web-based lesson planning system. Nate was one of the first 15 employees to join the company and has led all technology efforts since 2002. Gina was one of the founding team members of ARC and her roles have grown with the company. She is currently the Chief Program Officer. Gina has personally read thousands and thousands of children's books and her knowledge and passion have led to the creation of ARC's engaging and diverse classroom libraries. As an ARC Executive Coach, Gina has collaborated with educators in designing and implementing literacy solutions PreK through HS, in both struggling and high achieving communities. Gina is the co-author or ARC's IRLA and a lead developer of ARC's Comprehensive Core Curriculum: Research Labs. Gina is a sought-after resource for district curriculum leaders as they design their literacy plans, thematic content, and materials solutions. Liz was one of the founding team member of ARC, beginning as a receptionist through a temp agency and working her way up through the company to her present position as Executive VP of Operations. In this role, Liz leads the teams responsible for every element of delivering ARC's solutions from the moment a customer issues a PO, through coordinating over 150,000 unique moving parts that must combine in just the right way, to delivering materials into individual classrooms across the country. Liz often works directly with district leadership to customize the logistics of large orders. Liz founded ARC's first warehouse and has seamlessly scaled the Purchasing, Inventory, Receiving, Assembly, Fulfillment, Invoicing, Customer Service departments to meet the ever growing demands of ARC.
