Jennifer Templo, a student in the School of Business at the University of Florida, met Justin at the age of 23, and they soon realized their potential together as a team. While Jennifer earned her degree at UF and Justin studied nights earning his Masters Electrical License, they co-founded and developed what would become American Electrical Corporation. The duo soon began hiring what would become their core team, still with them to this day. The company’s steady growth was initially fueled by word of mouth through high-end custom home builders in the Winter Park area. Known for their high quality of work and attention to detail, AEC set the highest of standards, creating a solid foundation and reputation from the very beginning. In 2005 the company began to branch out into new housing developments such as Lake Marion, Via Tuscany, Bristol Development and Tiera del Sol. Soon after, hotel renovations, churches, car dealerships and large commercial showrooms further developed their incredibly varied portfolio. Today, Jennifer and Justin still oversee the day to day operations, maintaining the same dedication, care, and attention to detail that the company has been known for throughout the years.
