American Douglas Metals, Inc. (ADM) is a third-generation family-owned business founded in 1976 by Dwight Hanny and Stephen Powers in Buffalo, New York. The company started by supplying aluminum products to underserved markets in Western New York region and has since expanded its operations across the United States. By 1977, ADM opened another location in Orlando, Florida, to address the growing demands of the local market.
