In her role, Kelly oversees the strategic direction of the company and its subsidiaries. With more than $3 billion of assets managed and relationships with over 600 financial institutions, under Kelly’s leadership, ADM has become a national award-winning company producing extraordinary results. Prior to starting The American Deposit Management Co., Kelly founded the First Wisconsin Bank & Trust Company. She led the efforts of building the fastest growing bank in Wisconsin’s history, which sold for a premium in 2008. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in senior management and leadership positions in local, regional and national banks. In her career, she has worked in several divisions including commercial lending, private banking, trust, retail banking and treasury management. Along with her executive leadership skills, Ms. Brown has a sought after expertise in the management of sales and sales teams in the financial services industry. Ms. Brown graduated Cum Laude with her BS in Management and MS in Organizational Behavior/Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI. She is an adjunct professor at Carroll University in the Professional and Graduate Studies Division and Waukesha County Technical College in the Management and Marketing Division. In addition to her classroom instruction, Ms. Brown is a nationally-recognized public speaker on topics from organizational behavior to leadership principles. And her constant love and care for our internal systems helps employees navigate the complex ADM operations center with ease. Because Jeni always seems to know and to ‘want to know’, she is known as the ADM ‘answer guru’. Whenever someone has a question, even about random topics, she either knows the answer or knows where to find it. ADM staff often receives great benefits and entertainment from her rare talent for answering questions. American Deposit Management, LLC Jacob got his start in business at age 15, when he opened S&S Lawncare in his hometown of Oconomowoc. He earned his BS degree in management from UW-Madison, where they taught him the professional jargon for the things he had already learned. Before coming to ADM, he held leadership positions in some of the country’s top consumer product companies, including Fiskars, ScentBlocker, and Delta McKenzie Targets, where he was able to combine his work and his passion for hunting and the outdoors. At ADM, Jake leads our national sales and marketing efforts as an integral member of the company’s senior leadership team. He is the visible face of ADM to our clients and potential clients. He no longer has tangible products such as archery targets to sell, but every transaction is still based on trust and personal relationships. He has managed his own investment portfolio since age 23 and sometimes multi-tasks his interests, making trades on his phone while sitting in a deer blind. Over his 20-year career in the banking industry, Robert has developed a reputation as a leader in financial management, treasury operations, bank product development, and relationship profitability modeling. It is this experience that also contributed to his background in financial institution mergers and acquisitions, with oversight of integration of acquired banks. Robert Zondag is Co-Managing Partner of the American Deposit Management Company. Robert is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with expertise in public municipal and corporate finance, investment, and cash management programs. Previous to his role at The American Deposit Management Company, Robert was co-founder and Senior Vice President at First Wisconsin Bank and Trust Company in Wisconsin, which sold for a premium in 2008. His responsibilities within the executive management team included oversight of regulatory and compliance matters, overall financial and audit matters and corporate governance as Secretary to the Board. American Deposit Management Company’s executive team has been recognized for its leadership in the financial services industries through numerous awards, including the 2013 Blue Ribbon Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the 2014 Wisconsin Small Business Administration’s Emerging Business Persons of the Year. Robert is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He also holds an advanced degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as a Certificate of Economic Studies from the Université d'Aix-Marseille in Aix-en-Provence, France. In 2011, due to his work as a municipal advisor, Robert was chosen as a sitting member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MSRB) Professional Qualifications Advisory Committee. In 2014, Robert was appointed to the State of Wisconsin Medical Examining Board by Governor Scott Walker.
