American Auto Shield Team Members Ted has served as the leader and President of American Auto Shield since 2007 and has over 25 years’ experience in the automotive insurance segment. As President, Ted is focused on growth and risk management matters. Jason has served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing since 2002. His dedication, knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, and leadership skills have been a strong building block for the company's growth and success. Doug provides extensive knowledge in the Vehicle Service Contract industry, specializing in regulatory compliance. His counsel ensures we and our partners offer the most compliant and consumer friendly products. William oversees the implementation of business projects and safeguards data integrity. Alex started with AAS in November 2013 as a Receptionist and Payment Auditor, and was later promoted to the Customer Service Representative position. In December 2015, Alex was the recipient of the 2015 AAS Customer Service Employee of the Year award, and in June 2016, congratulations were again in order when Alex graduated from the Colorado State University with a Bachelor Degree of Sciences in Human Resource Management. Because Colorado State University is accredited and the coursework and degree are applicable to our business, Alex was able to use the AAS Tuition Reimbursement Program to pay for a portion of her education.
