Ameribiz Services,Inc. was founded in 2011 mainly as a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisal company. In 2014 ASI was expanded by adding a variety of insurance and financial planning services, and a business brokerage division thru Land Brokers, Inc. Kenneth Bosman, ASI’s founder and president has developed, owned and operated numerous businesses in the insurance, appraisal, and business brokerage industries. He believes an educated consumer can and will make sound financial decisions. In 2008, Ken Bosman joined the NEBB Institute. NEBB performs hundreds of equipment and machinery appraisals each year. NEBB is one of the leading equipment valuing institutions in North America, and is expanding rapidly around the world. NEBB adheres to USPAP standards which are accepted worldwide. NEBB also brokers equipment and businesses. He is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), a Senior Business Analyst (SBA) and has a Florida Real Estate Sales Associates License. He has been active in mergers and acquisitions and equipment handling in the waste industry for the past 24 years. He has been selling Health and life insurance and other financial services since 2009. He has worked for a lighting and electrical supply business, a trucking company, two privately held waste companies, and two publicly traded waste companies. On a personal note, Ken and his wife Jill have four children. Ken attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he studied accounting and business administration. In his spare time, he volunteers, collecting items for a school charity auction. His hobbies are golfing and building computers .
