My passion for the housing industry started in 2003 when I started working for a custom home builder. I had the privilege of helping with everything from home selections to blue print drawings to bank closings. Seeing the joy in a family getting to closing on their dream home was a real treat. In 2007, I went to work in home restoration. I preformed loss inspections writing the estimates of replacement costs for insurance companies. This gave me a unique ability to see homes from every angle that today I use to better assist my customers with the purchase and sale of their homes. Helping families put their homes back together after a loss helped me see the importance of what I did and the real value of a home to a family. I have been with Keller Williams First Coast Realty since 2014. As one of the top 20% of producers in my brokerage, I have been elected to serve on the 2017 Associate Leadership Committee (ALC) as an example of Professionalism and Culture in our office. As part of the ALC, I help with the vision and growth of our office, ensuring we hold to our values and culture as we grow in the market. I also serve as the 2017 Chair of the Education Committee. Here I help with the training of new agents in the standards of practice in the Real Estate Profession, as well as train more seasoned agents in the use of new tools and technology being used today.
