“Am I called to preach, pastor, lead, or church plant?…Am I called to ministry?” God has entrusted the future of the church to leaders and the future of leaders to the church. Therefore, any efforts aimed at helping them to discern their call, and any content that would provide ongoing training in leadership, would be valued by most and strategic for all. AIC is a community of pastors, leaders, and friends dedicated to meeting that need and helping leaders understand what it really means to plant, pastor, and lead within their local churches. Am I Called? AIC exists to seek and serve future pastors and church leaders by helping to assess, instruct, and coach those who feel called to ministry. We understand what it is like to wrestle with the call to ministry alone and because of this, AIC exists to be a guide by providing tangible resources to those attempting to discern God’s call upon their life.
