Melode Floyd Smelko (daughter) joined the company for about 6 months to just try it out – she is still here trying it out as our CEO. When she started with the family business, there were 3 employees and 4 computers – from the inception there has been a focus on technology. Mike Floyd, our founder, wrote his story on Christian business principals – Supernatural Business. Skip Smelko (Melode’s husband) joined the company as our first Production Manager.
