Our Company History We have been designing and installing industrial refrigeration systems for more than 40 years. Our company was formed in 1975 as Industrial Refrigeration Services, Inc. A few years later the company shifted hands and has remained under the same management since 1985. In 1999 we rebranded as ALTA Refrigeration, Inc. A recognized expert in the industry, the ALTA name has set the standard for industrial refrigeration systems. With this influence we are able to improve on-the-job education as well as help shape codes and standards development such as IIAR-2. ALTA Refrigeration is committed to building the industry’s most efficient refrigeration systems. From start to finish, we see every project through design, build, installation, start-up, and maintenance. By continuing to provide support to our customers and meet their needs as requested, we exceed expectations and build a relationship of trust and repeat business. We are a zero-tolerance company that requires strict conformance with these measures as well as continued participation in routine training. For our protection as well as yours, we ensure our personnel and subcontractors follow procedures and OSHA guidelines for a safe work zone. We are also trained on and adhere to all applicable sanitation and health regulations required for food service facilities.
