Alpha Quant Advisors, LLC (“Alpha Quant”) is an independent affiliate of Resolute Investment Managers, Inc., effective October 2016. Alpha Quant is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded in September 2011 as an employee-owned boutique firm, Alpha Quant was formulated in an effort to provide innovative investment solutions to institutional, high-net-worth and individual clients. Alpha Quant Advisors offers proprietary investment products, including models, separately managed accounts, and strategy indexes, as well as sub-advises four mutual funds especially for American Beacon Advisors, Inc. Employing a quantitative, fundamentally driven investment process, Alpha Quant designs active strategies intended to deliver above-market performance. Our goal is for clients to benefit from our portfolio management expertise, dedication to achieving investment excellence, close client relationships, and tailored investment solutions.
