Our Goals at Alliance Resort Group Alliance Resort Group is dedicated to helping timeshare owners achieve their true traveling potential. The timeshare industry has a bad reputation regarding maintenance fees, availability, high pressure sales tactics, and sales misrepresentation. Alliance Resort Group strives to give the industry a better reputation one client at a time. Most timeshare owners are tired of paying ever escalating maintenance fees, limited availability, and being stuck with their current ownership. No timeshares are bad, some just cost more to maintain than others. We at Alliance Resort Group, have many years of experience in the industry and our professionals make every effort to deliver a product and experience that every timeshare owner should have. We have many ways to potentially lower maintenance cost and possibly increase availability. We also give owners a way out when life circumstances and travel habits change. The industry has many downfalls we fight daily to provide solutions to. We are fully against mortgage relief and points programs that offer “Unlimited Points Rentals.” We choose not to work with any vendor or company that does involve themselves in this detrimental practice. We work with ethical companies that have moral turpitude and truly understand the industry and strive to make the timeshare industry a better place! . In 2008, Matthew moved to Panama City Beach Florida. Since he was a small child, Matthew dreamed of living at the beach. After working as a restaurant manager for 3 years, Matthew became a sales representative with Wyndham Vacation Resorts and also obtained his Florida Real Estate License. He was the TOP CRS sales representative in 2011 and was awarded rookie of the year with Wyndham Panama City Beach. In 2012, Matthew continued his success and was awarded the top honor in Wyndham as a member of The President’s Club. While Wyndham was a very rewarding career for Matthew, he wanted to be able to be home with his two little boys. Matthew started working for Leisure Getaways Inc in 2013 as a Sales Representative. In October 2013 he was promoted to Sales Manager. In March of 2014 Matthew brought in a partner, Ralph Oaks, and franchised 3 sales teams with Leisure Getaways. In 2015 Matthew was promoted to Executive Sales Director of Leisure Getaways and continued to successfully operate his 3 franchise teams. In 2017 Matthew decided it was time to venture out on his own. He brought his current partner and added a 3rd partner, Blaze Crank. They formed Alliance Resort Group LLC in October 2017. Matthew and his partners have one goal in mind and that goal is to change the vacation ownership world one client at a time. Ralph “Hunter” Oaks – President of Business Development (Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent) Ralph “Hunter” Oaks started his career in the vacation industry in 2008 with Wyndham Vacation Resorts in Panama City Beach Florida. Hunter was one of the top reps at the site and held many mentor positions with Wyndham. In 2011, Hunter transferred to Las Vegas to work with Diamond Resorts. His time at diamond was spent being one of their top sales representatives. In 2012, Hunter decided it was time to move closer to home which lead him to Destin Florida where he was a senior sales representative with Wyndham Majestic Sun. After another successful year, Hunter was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to move to the beautiful island of St. Thomas U.S.V.I, where he worked for Marriott Resort’s Frenchman’s Cove. While in St. Thomas, Hunter got married and decided it was time to move home. Hunter and Matthew Jones struck up a partnership in 3 franchise teams with Leisure Getaways Inc. Hunter was promoted quickly at Leisure Getaways Inc to Executive Sales Director and Business Development Specialist. In 2017 Hunter joined Matthew and Blaze in Alliance Resort Group LLC as a founding partner and continues to be their President of Business Development. Blaze’s brother, who worked with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, urged Blaze to change professions and give Wyndham a chance. During Blaze’s career at Wyndham, he was a top sales representative and won multiple awards including a pinnacle award. Blaze’s hard work was not going unnoticed. He was offered a job to start up a new site for Wyndham in Indio California. When running Indio’s Wyndham Vacation Resort and Worldmark Resort, his team was the top sales site in the west division exceeding expectations year after year. Although his time with Wyndham had been good, Blaze decided it was time for a change. He was offered a sales director position with Leisure Getaways Inc. During his time at Leisure Getaways, blaze learned many different aspects of the vacation ownership business. This experience helped him better understand that vacation ownership is about customer fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This is what led him to start Alliance Resort Group with his friends, Matthew Jones and Hunter Oaks. Blaze believes that “timeshare” is antiquated and that innovative and creative solutions are a must to continue to deliver the proper customer experience and satisfaction all owners deserve. Our organization provides opportunities for timeshare owners to travel without the headache of ever escalating maintenance fees and limited exchange opportunities. We provide owners and prospects with the resources and education they need to facilitate their true traveling needs. We also work with developers and exchange providers to aid the development of sustainable vacation ownership programs. We are accountable to our owners, supporters, and partners. We keep our promise to stay beyond the sale and truly care about our clients. We are devoted to building meaningful relationships that benefit the entire timeshare industry.
