Eric has coached over 250 dental offices and presented to thousands on case acceptance since 2001. His focus is on efficiency and productivity. Eric uses his Coaching Results Tracker with all clients to improve the numbers and self-fund within 90 days. He is an expert on verbal skills and the DISC personality profile. He has a passion for stopping cancellations, handling patient objections, and asking patients for referrals.
Tara has been in Practice Management for over 25 years leading teams in a multitude of highly successful dental practice models, from start ups to seasoned practices. She has a unique approach for, building a drama free team culture, generating more high-quality new patients, booking to daily production, stopping broken appointments and handling all other aspects of patient objections within the practice structure.
Kelly worked in customer service in multiple industries before receiving advanced training in customer service from All-Star Dental Academy. Kelly joined All-Star in her current role as support & service specialist and enjoys helping ensure that All-Star clients are thriving and happy!
Mariah is a graduate of Saint Louis University and has worked in customer service for over four years. She has a passion for growth, helping clients achieve their potential, and strives to provide the best customer service experience to you and your team.
