Since September 2010, Reid has been a full time trainer of thoroughbred racehorses who compete mostly at Gulfstream Park in Miami and at racetracks in the mid-Atlantic. Reid founded and was the chairman and CEO of SNL Financial, the leading global sector specific purveyor of news and corporate, market and financial information, until 2010. Until the company’s sale to McGraw Hill Financial in September 2015, when it had 3,300 employees working in 23 offices in 11 countries around the globe, he remained a director and was the company’s second largest shareholder behind New Mountain Financial which acquired a majority interest in SNL in 2011. Prior to starting SNL in 1987, Reid spent 10 years in the financial services industry. He was the CFO of a New Jersey savings bank (also serving as vice chairman and CAO) and subsequently worked with the financial services and arbitrage affiliates of Ivan F. Boesky and Co. Reid holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and his master’s and doctoral degrees in political economy from Johns Hopkins University. Don is the co-founder of All-In Removal and has led the company since its inception in 2006. Prior to his involvement in this company he served as the Outside Sales Director for Quality Trailer Products in Ocala, FL. Don is Married to Stephanie (Rich) Emrick and they have 3 children ages 17,7 and 5. Don is also involved in the equine industry but more as a hobby as he has 2 horses on his own farm that they use for recreation. In his spare time, Don enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team as well, playing golf, and attending sporting events. In addition to his position on the All-In board, Frank Hill serves as President of Big Lick, LLC, Reid’s thoroughbred racing operation. Frank holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Horticulture and a Masters degree in Agri-business, both from the University of Florida. Frank is married to Stephanie (Larrick) Hill, Ph.D. and the couple are expecting their first child in October of 2015. Frank enjoys spending time with his family and collecting Florida art.
