All Clear Pool Services & Supplies All Clear Pool Services & Supplies has been proudly servicing northern Pinellas County since 2006. The company started with 32 residential swimming pool cleaning accounts which were spread throughout the entire county. The owner, Todd Guarino opened the business out of his rented beach cottage on north Clearwater Beach, and over the last ten plus years a lot has changed. All Clear Pool Services & Supplies currently employs four full time cleaning technicians, two full time repair technicians a full time retail store manager, as well as Todd, his wife Andrea, and his step daughter Emma Frank. The business moved from Clearwater Beach to Safety Harbor in 2008, and then to Ozona (small village west of Alt. 19 in Palm Harbor) in 2011. They secured a lease in the Advantage Tire Plaza and now have over 2000 square feet of warehousing and retail space. Todd is now out of the field and with the help of his wife and step daughters managing the three divisions of their growing company (weekly maintenance, repair, and now retail). We are pleased to announced the opening of All Clear Pool Services & Supplies, their new retail store located at 629 Alternate 19 in Palm Harbor in January of 2016. The store is located in the Advantage Tire Plaza on the west side of Alt. 19 just north of Tampa Rd. The newest division of the company, All Clear Pool Services & Supplies, opened in order to give the “do it yourselfers” in the community a local place to get their pool chemicals, parts, and equipment. “We stock a wide variety of parts and accessories, and our inventory is increasing by the day. We also hope to attract customers looking to enjoy their pool, not just work on it, as we have an ever growing inventory of inflatable floats, toys and games for both children and adults.
