Mr. Tarsia also is an attorney with a local law firm, where he concentrates his practice in real estate-related matters, estate planning, probate and business law. Shelli Frana is a Title Officer/Examiner with All American Title Services in Cape Coral, servicing all of South Florida. She was born and raised in the Mid-West, attending college at The University of Minnesota-Mankato. After 15 years in the Title Industry in Minnesota, Shelli and her family relocated to sunny Fort Myers Florida in 2014. Kendall Smith is an Escrow Officer with All American Title Services in Cape Coral, Florida. Kendall is a native Floridian, locally born and raised. She joins the team at All American Title after 5 years traveling and servicing corporate entities all over the United States.
