Dominic is the energy powerhouse driving Alfano Property Management. Dominic hales from Boston and brings a tremendous work ethic to the firm. He enthusiastically pursues the highest quality professionalism available in the industry. Dominic meets with investor-owners to discuss their properties, their needs and desires. Then he fulfills those needs and desires by striving to provide the most profitable investment management possible. Dominic has been a Realtor since 2001. He began managing properties in 2008 and became a Broker in 2010. With his Brokers license, Dominic launched his own management firm in 2011. He specializes in long-term residential rental property and offers full service management as well as providing a tenant locator service, referred to as "Lease-Only". Maria brings to the firm 15 plus years of real estate management experience, including construction-style maintenance and renovation management. A native of Puerto Rico, Maria is fluent in Spanish and English and is able to communicate effectively with owners, tenants and vendors. She is responsible for handling maintenance issues on our properties. Maria takes the information from the tenant, contacts vendors for any estimates needed, contacts owners for any necessary authorizations, schedules the maintenance work and follows up with tenants to ensure that the issues have been fully resolved. Rafael Pierluisi, a University of Florida graduate, has been working for Alfano Property Management full time since August 2014. As our Leasing Agent, Rafael is responsible for marketing and renting all of our properties as well as handling all of our lease signings and renewals. Since joining Alfano Property Management, Rafael has focused his energy on streamlining the application process; improving our online marketing; and on strengthening our outstanding customer service.
