Throughout his 35+ year career, Mr. Riva has been responsible for the financing, construction, and development of high-profile commercial real estate (including apartments, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels, resorts, single-family projects and land). Before forming Alexander Investments, Mr. Riva was an influential part of Epoch Properties, Inc. for more than 25 years and led the company as President for a decade. Mr. Riva also served as Manager of the Central Florida office of Carey, Kramer, Silvester & Associates, a commercial real estate mortgage and sales company and his experience includes Vice President/Branch Manager of Alliance Mortgage Company and Territory Manager for the Burroughs Corporation. • Graduate of Florida State University, Bachelor of Science in Business Management • Member of the Florida State University Board of Governors / College of Business Mr. Davis brings 17 years’ design and construction management experience to Alexander Investments, where he oversees the design and construction of projects. For the past 21 years, Mr. Davis has led and served on a variety of construction projects in Florida for companies including Wharton-Smith, Inc., PCL Construction, Turner Construction Company, BE&K Building Group a KBR Company, and most recently, Universal Creative (Design and Construction Team for Universal Studios), for whom he managed design and construction of theme park attractions including Transformers: The Ride – 3D and RDE projects like Universal CityWalk Restaurant and retail venues. Davis is an active Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, a LEED® AP, and received an M.B.A. from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. Davis has traveled to Guyana, South America, and Saba Malaysia, Borneo, overseeing philanthropic initiatives and construction of community buildings and church facilities.
